Do I need a brand-new Mac to use MacFlow Setup?
No. We work with any Mac running a recent version of macOS (Monterey or later). Whether your Mac is brand new or a few years old, we'll optimize it for your workflow. If you have an existing setup, we'll clean it up and reconfigure it.
How long does the setup take?
Most setups take 1–3 hours depending on your package and complexity. You'll be on a live video call with us during the entire process, watching and learning. We guide you through every change, and you can ask questions as we go.
What if I change my mind about a setting after setup?
That's totally normal. We document all changes we make, and you get email support for 14–90 days (depending on your package) to fine-tune anything. We'll also explain how to revert changes yourself if you want.
Do you install third-party apps?
We recommend and help install apps you'll benefit from (like window managers, app launchers, or automation tools), but we primarily use macOS's native features. This keeps your system clean and avoids bloat.
Will my setup work across multiple Macs?
Yes! In our Enterprise package, we'll sync your setup across up to 3 Macs. We can also document your settings so you can replicate the setup on a new machine yourself.
What if I still have a Windows PC?
